Promet Restoration offers a variety of in-home and in-house fine repair and restoration services for pianos, furniture, interiors, and cabinetry in the greater Seattle area. Serviceable locations include, but are not limited to Seattle, Tacoma, Bellevue, Kirkland, and Everett.

Pianos - Steinway, Chickering, Knabe, Bosendorfer, Yamaha, and others.
Furniture - Antique, mid century modern, modern restoration, and repairs.
Interiors - Antique or new doors, panels, fireplaces, moldings, and more.
Cabinetry - Custom finishes for fine cabinetry. Onsite restoration is possible.
Claims - Moving damage estimates.
*Finishes - Lacquer, varnish, enamel, French polish, nitrocellulose, oil, and water base finishes.
“I wanted to take a second and pass on a recommendation for Promet Restoration. Tynis Promet took on the difficult task of refinishing my mid-century George Nelson drop leaf table. The surface was crazed and peeling and it had yellowed over the years. I was reluctant to have it refinished since much of the value would be lost if the work was done improperly. I'm happy to report Tynis did a fantastic job. With his expert knowledge of finishes he used the underside as a guide to match the original varnish. He patched an area where the surface was missing and I still can't find a seam where the work was done. Thank you Tynis this is truly a museum quality restoration.”
